Event Days
Setup will begin Friday after 10 am. If special arrangements are needed, please contact us. Booth spaces will be assigned prior to the event.
Payment
- We are working on updating our payment options for 2025
- Mail Booth Registration Form and pay your fees by TBA. Make check payable to City of Lowell.
- Mail your completed application and payment to P.O. Box 490 Lowell, OR 97452 or drop the completed registration form and payment by Lowell City Hall at 70 N Pioneer Street Lowell.
- Make sure you have it in a sealed envelope and clearly labeled “Blackberry Jam Vendor”.
Restrictions
No pets or drugs will be allowed on festival premises.

Download the booth vendor application and vendor letter. Note there is a special registration form for nonprofit organizations.
